We charge a minimum fee which includes a set quantity of appliances, which once exceeded then runs on a 'per appliance' basis. Quotes will vary according to the number of appliances on your premises and to some extent the distance we need to travel.

Most of our quotes will include free replacement fuses and fused plugs. Obviously if the repairs become excessive, we are likely to only charge the original cost price of the spares - currently 15p for a fuse and 40p for a plug! Other small charges may include minor repairs such as replacement flex, switches and cable restraints but all at realistic and reasonable prices. Most replacement items are carried in stock to minimise downtime. If we are charging for repairs, full authorisation will be sought before the repair is performed and the fee agreed.
